Mailbox Services

As a Mailbox customer you can use all three of our addresses:

Two (2) addresses in Coronado – a PO Box for all your mail plus a street address for UPS, FedEx and more

You can also use our street address here in Mexico -


Mailbox Policies


There is a $4 fee for each package received, in addition to, an overweight charge relating to the “collective weight” of all your packages received in one day and charged as follows – The 1st 5 pounds are free.  For every pound over the 5 you are charged 50 cents per pound………..  It isn’t that you can’t receive a 10 pound package but we are going to charge you $2.50 for the 5 pounds over your daily limit.


Please remember – What ever you order we have to pick up & carry four times 
            We load it into the car in Coronado
            We unload it into our store to check it in
            We move it to the storage area until you pick it up
            We move it to the counter when you come to claim it

We have not set a size and weight limit but we ask you to be reasonable in what you expect us to pick up.  It must fit in our car and we must be able to lift it.  Remember – when we are bringing a very large box for you, we are probably having to leave six or eight other boxes for the next pick-up, only so much fits in our vehicle.  We think that an example of reasonable would be 20 to 25 pounds max and max dimensions of 17 X 17 X 24.  We think that 50 to 70 pounds and 36 X 36 X 36 inch dimensions would not be reasonable.

Ordering and Picking Up Oversized or Overweight Packages

You most likely can tell when you order something that it is going to be oversized or overweight.  So…. Get a tracking number for it and contact the store via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call us at (01-661) 614-0513.  We will help you track it so you will know when it will be delivered to Coronado.  We need to authorize you to pick up your package from our box because Baja's Click-on.com rents the box, not you.  We usually do this via an email to the owner of the package center in Coronado.  We need the carrier, tracking number and who the package is addressed to – him – her – the HOA, etc.

The package center in Coronado is very easy to find and it is very small so he DOES NOT STORE ITEMS FOR YOU.  He will make us take them and we will have to charge you for the extra service.


The changes in the Mexican Customs laws and the way that they are enforcing them has forced a change in what we are able to bring across for you.  PLEASE do not expect us to bring expensive items or items that are controlled such as Cigars.

Spending time in customs and paying duty are not on our list of favorite things to do for ourselves or our customers.

Be aware of what you order and

be considerate about picking items up yourself in Coronado.

 Persons Who Receive Mail at Baja's Click-on.com

Baja's Click-on.com is required by the US Post Office to have paperwork with identification on file here and with the post office that authorizes us to pick up your mail.  You cannot arbitrarily decide to add a person to your box without coming to see us first and doing the appropriate paperwork.

Baja's Click-on.com allows one household per box.  This means that you all must live in the same house not be neighbors.

Business boxes must have the name of the business in the address line and then ATTN:, or the equivalent, for the person who it is directed to within that business.



Late Mailbox Rent Payments

If you are going to be away on vacation, please talk with Ricardo or Cristina exceptions can always be made. Do not leave us a message..... talk to us!

If your mailbox rent exceeds 10 days late – it will be Red Tagged and you will not be able to collect your mail until your box is brought current.

If your mailbox rent exceeds 30 days late – Baja's Click-on.com reserves the right to close your mailbox, resell it and begin returning your mail to the sender.

If you have stayed in touch with us and made arrangements, we will not close your box but you will be required to bring your box current at the monthly rate before you can pay any additional 6-month or 12- month discounted period payments even if you ordinarily pay by the year.

Remember, all it takes is a phone call or an email to make an arrangement!

We have the right to hold your mail for non-payment of your box, just like the Post Office does, we are an agent of the US Post Office.
